This will be a bodyweight-based workout teaching you how to be silly and have fun with your kids. They can join in or you can be a child yourself and do this workout alone. We will start with breathwork and move into some dynamic stretches. After a proper warm-up, we will incorporate interval training and end with a few minutes of stretching. Kelly is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Professional Certified Coach, and a Certified Design Your Life Coach. She is an international leader in the coaching industry and teaches and mentors high level coaches and individual clients.
