"Always, and especially in times like these it can be difficult to maintain connection to the here and now and navigate our anxiety in order to offer safety for those around us. My focus will be on creating security and connection with yourself and those in your home during a time of change and uncertainty. I will offer exercises and prompts for you to complete individually, with your children, partners, or other co-habitants to increase a sense of safe attachment. This content is applicable to everyone, and will be especially helpful for those who are caretakers at home or professionally.”
